we were asking $142,000 and they offered $140,400. that’s above our weird window for the homebuyer loan forgiveness factor. we should walk away with about $3000 in our pockets after paying the excess to the loan. then pay back grandma for the ceiling, and maybe i can pay of some debt! woo! i hope all goes well from here on out!
the only downside to this is the closing date is on nov. 21, the DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. really???

there are many political signs in the aunt’s yard. when nate came to visit, he yelled, “jesus for office!” when he saw them all. there were some new signs when i got back yesterday.

in other news, i voted! absentee should be at the county office today! a big old NO and NO to the proposed amendments.
